Synternet Summer is in full swing, and June was sizzling with action. We officially launched mainnet and pened up token migration to Cosmos, introducing the new SYNT token as the economic centerpiece of our ecosystem.
There were also a slew of appearances and AMAs, with Synternet leadership reaching out to the Cosmos ecosystem and beyond. Mainnet is just the beginning of the next phase in our journey, and the past month showed how we’re paving the way for the future.
From mainnet to migration, here’s everything Synternet that went down in June.

Celebrating the Successful Launch of Synternet Mainnet
In June, Synternet achieved a major milestone with the launch of our mainnet on the Cosmos network. This event marks a significant step in our mission to create a user-controlled internet and real-time Web3 data economy. The network is built utilizing the Cosmos SDK, creating a cost-efficient ecosystem with reduced gas fees and faster transaction processing. This creates a more accessible and user-friendly environment for our users and builders.
The SYNT token will power all transactions and interactions on the Synternet network, offering enhanced utility and flexibility. Initially, SYNT can be used to access and pay for real-time data streams from various publishers across multiple blockchains. As we progress, the token's full utility will be unlocked, enabling a vibrant marketplace where data flows seamlessly between Publishers and Subscribers.
Transitioning to the Future with SYNT Migration
With the launch of our mainnet on Cosmos, Synternet introduces the new ERC20 SYNT token, replacing the previous NOIA token. This transition is crucial for aligning our token supply and enhancing platform functionality. The SYNT token will power all transactions on the Synternet network, offering improved utility, security, and flexibility for our community.
To ensure a smooth transition, we have provided a seamless migration process for all NOIA holders. This process is essential before bridging SYNT to Cosmos, maintaining a 1:1 ratio and establishing a secure basis for the upcoming bridge event on July 29th.

AMA Recap: Synternet Mainnet Launch and SYNT Token
On June 28th, we hosted a special AMA featuring Synternet CEO Daniel Haudenschild, CTO Jonas Simanavicius, and Head of Marketing David Dietrich. This session provided valuable insights into the mainnet launch, the new SYNT token, and our future roadmap.
During the AMA, the team discussed the significance of the mainnet launch, how it sets the stage for our vision of a decentralized data economy, and what users can expect next. They also addressed questions from the community, offering clarity on the migration process and the utility of the SYNT token.
Synternet CEO Daniel Appears on Off-Chain Podcast
This past month our CEO Daniel Haudenschild appeared on the Off-Chain podcast, where he discussed Synternet's vision and technological advancements. He shared his journey from consultancy and fintech to leading Synternet, emphasizing the importance of decentralized, real-time data infrastructure.
During the podcast, Daniel went into the technical aspects of Synternet’s mainnet launch and how SYNT token will drive the future of the decentralized data economy. The conversation also touched on the broader implications of Web3 technology and how Synternet aims to revolutionize data sharing across multiple chains.
ZkAGI Collaborates with Synternet for Privacy Tooling
Synternet also formed an exciting new relationship with ZkAGI, a prominent provider of privacy-centric AI tools. The strategic collaboration integrates Synternet’s interoperable data infrastructure with ZkAGI’s advanced tools like ZkSurfer and Zynapse API, paving the way for autonomous on-chain operations.
By combining our technologies, we aim to create a secure and efficient data ecosystem that leverages the strengths of both platforms. This partnership marks a significant step towards realizing a more secure, privacy-focused Web3 future.
Synternet Joins the IoTeX DePIN Liquidity Hub
June saw more DePIN developments, as we joined forces with IoTeX’s DePIN Liquidity Hub, an initiative aimed at enhancing liquidity across decentralized physical infrastructure networks. The collaboration will also involve other prominent projects such as Mysterium Network, Stratos Network, and Swarm.
Our participation in the IoTeX DePIN Liquidity Hub aligns with Synternet’s mission to strengthen the Web3 ecosystem by providing robust, interoperable data infrastructure. Our goal is to contribute to the growth and liquidity of decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePINs), ultimately benefiting DePIN builders and projects with live data.
Synternet Summer Looks Bright
June was a pivotal month for Synternet, with the launch of our mainnet, the introduction of the SYNT token, and strategic partnerships that will shape the future of Web3. As we move forward, our focus remains on creating a decentralized, user-controlled internet that empowers developers and users alike.
