Synternet Rebrands for the Next Era of Web3 Data Infrastructure
April marked a historic transformation as we officially transitioned to Synternet. Our rebranding reflects an evolving mission to bridge isolated blockchains into a synchronized, interoperable network, much like the internet did for computer networks decades ago. Our new identity, Synternet, emphasizes our dedication to creating a seamless, decentralized data environment that accelerates the accessibility and utility of Web3 applications.
This is not just a change in name but a commitment to advance the Data Layer. We’ll empower developers to build and deploy innovative applications across various blockchains through our data infrastructure & protocol, permissionlessly. For more details on our rebrand you can read our blog by CEO Daniel Haudenschild and listen to a recording of our X Spaces dedicated to the rebranding.
Oasis Becomes a Synternet Publisher for Privacy-Centric Data
We also boosted data privacy and accessibility in April as Oasis officially became a data publisher on the Synternet. Bringing on Oasis will integrate live, privacy-first blockchain data with the Data Layer, providing developers and enterprises with secure access to real-time, confidential data. Oasis’s unique approach to data privacy complements Synternet’s vision of delivering decentralized streaming data that’s both secure and speedy.
Oasis Sapphire and Emerald data streams are now available to explore and subscribe, offering builders access to a broader range of secure data sources. These streams will broaden potential Web3 applications in industries that require stringent data confidentiality, such as healthcare and finance. As a result, developers can now leverage Oasis data streams to build more dynamic and responsive applications, driving next-gen dApps in sectors where privacy and data integrity are critical.
Latest Case Study Featuring KYVE for Comprehensive Analytics
The past month saw us further unpack our ongoing collaboration with KYVE through a detailed case study exploring the integration of real-time and historical blockchain data. The case study examined how KYVE interacts with Synternet, enabling developers to access a seamless blend of live and archival data crucial for comprehensive analytics and robust dApp functionality.
The merger of Synternet’s real-time data streaming and KYVE’s archival capabilities allows for deeper on-chain insights and quicker decision-making in DeFI and beyond. Developers can also leverage this integrated data approach to build sophisticated applications that respond dynamically to both current and historical blockchain states.
The KYVE case study will be the first of many as new partners and publishers make blockchain data more accessible and functional for a wide range of applications, from analytics to transaction monitoring.
Synternet and Axone Partner to Advance AI Workflows
In another partnership announcement, Synternet and Axone will be streamlining AI workflows by merging real-time blockchain data into AI applications. Anyone can now access diverse Axone data streams from Synternet’s Data Layer Portal, boosting the orchestration of AI models and resources for builders.
"We're proud to announce our partnership with Synternet," said Axone CEO Emmanuel Aldeguer. "Utilizing Synternet as a Publisher enables us to offer channels for data from Axone, facilitating data consumption from apps without the need to set up a node. Integrating Axone as a Subscriber is the most exciting part, orchestrating data, AI models, and infrastructure resources within our Zones design.”
The synergy between Axone's orchestration layer and Synternet's Data Layer remove significant barriers to AI and blockchain integration. We’re providing the tools necessary for creating more responsive and precise AI-driven dApps, pushing the boundaries of innovation in automated trading and predictive analytics. For more details on our partnership you can listen to the recording of our X Spaces.
Synternet Makes Waves in Token2049 Dubai
April was more than partnerships and rebranding, as we made our presence felt at Token2049 in Dubai. Synternet CEO Daniel Haudenschild and CTO Jonas Simanavicius braved the floods and storms, participated in key discussions and showcased Synternet’s capabilities in revolutionizing blockchain data interactions.
At Token2049, we demonstrated how Synternet serves as the backbone of the Data Layer, facilitating seamless data interoperability across blockchains. Our participation highlighted the practical applications of our technology in creating more efficient and interconnected blockchain ecosystems. The event also provided a platform for networking with other industry leaders and discussing future collaborations that could further enhance Synternet's infrastructure.
Wrapping Up a Transformative April
April was indeed an incredible month, and we’re extending our gratitude to the community for all the support during rebranding and our push towards Monaco and blockchain launch on the Cosmos. This month we demonstrated how the Data Layer’s Publisher ecosystem will grow to be broad and diverse, with our bold new look representing the next chapter in real-time Web3 data and infrastructure.
