July was another landmark month for Synternet as we continued to build momentum following our mainnet launch in June. The Synternet Summer heated up with major developments around our SYNT token, new exchange listings, and exciting partnerships. Let's dive into everything that went down this past month.
Major topics include:
- SYNT Token Bridge to Cosmos Goes Live
- Interchain Ecosystem Integration Deepens
- Anyone Protocol Integrates Synternet’s Data Layer
- New Exchange Listings on BingX and MEXC
SYNT Token Bridge to Cosmos Goes Live
We recently launched the SYNT token bridge to Cosmos. This milestone marked the true beginning of cross-chain data utility for Synternet. Users can now bridge their ERC20 SYNT tokens to the Cosmos ecosystem, stake SYNT, and use the tokens as gas for accessing real-time data streams.
The bridge launch represents a crucial step in realizing Synternet's vision of a decentralized data economy. SYNT now powers all transactions on the Synternet network, offering enhanced utility and flexibility. Users can leverage SYNT to access and pay for real-time data streams from various publishers across multiple blockchains, with more functionality to be unlocked in the coming months.
Synternet Enhances Real-Time Data Sharing With Interchain
July saw Synternet deepen its integration with the Cosmos Interchain Stack, highlighting our commitment to enhancing real-time data sharing across blockchain networks. This integration sets the stage for seamless interoperability between Synternet and the broader Cosmos ecosystem.
By using the Interchain Stack, Synternet is strengthening its ability to provide real-time, multi-chain data to developers and applications throughout the Cosmos ecosystem. Our chain-agnostic approach allows us to onboard any blockchain seamlessly, enabling all Web3 builders to access any on-chain data in a permissionless way.
SYNT Supply Schedule for H2 2024 and Forecast
In July, we released the SYNT supply schedule for the second half of 2024, providing a deep insight on our tokenomics and token release forecast. With the Synternet mainnet live and the SYNT token bridge to Cosmos live, this schedule offers important insights for the SYNT community.
This release schedule provides a clear forecast for SYNT token distribution in the coming months. For full details, refer to our comprehensive blog post on the SYNT supply schedule.
Anyone Protocol Integrates Synternet’s Data Layer
In July, we announced an exciting collaboration in the Decentralized Physical Infrastructure (DePIN) space. Anyone Protocol has integrated Synternet's Data Layer to incorporate our decentralized data streams into their anonymous hardware communication networks.
Anyone Protocol is now subscribing to peaq's ecosystem data via Synternet's Data Layer. This integration will enhance Anyone's devices, network, and developer tooling with real-time DePIN data from the peaq ecosystem.
These integrations demonstrate the growing adoption of Synternet's Data Layer in the DePIN sector and highlight our role in facilitating the flow of real-time blockchain data across diverse Web3 applications.
New Exchange Listings Expand SYNT Accessibility
In July, we expanded SYNT's availability through listings on two major cryptocurrency exchanges:
These new listings on BingX and MEXC significantly increase SYNT's accessibility and liquidity for traders worldwide. As we continue to expand our exchange partnerships, we're excited to see growing interest in SYNT and Synternet's real-time blockchain data infrastructure.
Synternet Summer Heating Up
July was a month of significant progress for Synternet, from the launch of our Cosmos bridge to new exchange listings and key partnerships. The foundations we've laid over the past two months are setting the stage for an exciting second half of 2024.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to build the future of decentralized data infrastructure. The Synternet Summer is far from over!
