Each of these projects reflects the innovative spirit of the hackathon and the potential of real-time data streams. We’re proud to spotlight these achievements and look forward to seeing what the Web3 builders build next.
Key takeaways from Dubai’s Cosmoverse
It’s been almost two years since we chose Cosmos for our blockchain. Since then, we’ve received tremendous support from Cosmos, the Interchain Foundation, and builders across the entire ecosystem.
Rohan, our Business Development Specialist, recently immersed himself in the Cosmoverse event and its lineup of side events. Here’s an in-depth look at his key takeaways and insights from this exciting conference.
“It’s exciting to see new players from the BTCFi ecosystem finding a home within the Cosmos ecosystem and the Internet of Blockchains. Even more thrilling is seeing Synternet and the Synternauts at the center of it all, bridging connections with these innovative newcomers. It’s clear to me that an interoperable, multichain world will need Synternet to fill the gaps and drive the next wave of mass adoption.”
The momentum doesn’t stop there - next, we’re headed to Devcon 7 in Bangkok! This event is a prime opportunity to further expand Synternet’s network and unlock new possibilities. We’re eager to connect with more builders, investors, and thought leaders in the blockchain space. Stay tuned, because exciting developments are just around the corner.
Uniswap Real-time Tracking dApp Launch
Last month, we launched the real-time tracker for Uniswap, designed to showcase the capabilities of the Data Layer. This powerful tool provides instant access to all swaps across multiple blockchains and Uniswap versions, allowing traders to stay ahead of the market and act on crucial information in real time.
Our tracker enables continuous price discovery across a wide range of liquidity pools, letting you monitor price movements precisely as they happen. The tool aggregates cross-DEX and cross-chain data seamlessly, offering a consolidated view of market activity that’s essential for spotting trading opportunities and optimizing strategies in a dynamic DeFi ecosystem. Whether you’re a trader aiming to capture profits, an analyst seeking insights, or a developer exploring what’s possible with blockchain data, this tool brings you closer to the heartbeat of decentralized markets.
Our development is now fully focused on launching the Wrapped BTC asset monitor - a real-time, independent tracker for smart contracts and assets across blockchains. You will be able to create live dashboards with public data, integrate automated response strategies, and leverage advanced anomaly detection with real-time alerts. Stay tuned for updates.
Synternet Team AMA
Last week, our CEO Daniel Haudenschild, CTO Paulius Gedminas, and Head of Business Development Philippe Engels came together on October 31st at 4 PM CET to share the latest tech and business updates and answer questions from the community. It was an engaging Twitter Spaces AMA filled with valuable insights and exciting developments.
Here are the key topics covered during the Synternet Team AMA. A big thank you to our community members for helping with the transcription.
Synternet’s Strategic Focus and Vision
With recent leadership adjustments, Synternet is now prioritizing business development and high-value client acquisition. CTO Paulius Gedminas oversees the technical roadmap, while Jonas Simanavicius focuses on securing partnerships and driving client adoption, pushing Synternet’s shift toward market traction.
Customer Acquisition and Revenue Strategy
Synternet targets BTC-Fi and cross-chain finance applications, with high demand for asset monitoring and anomaly detection solutions. This B2B approach fosters high-value, recurring revenue, supporting Synternet’s profitability goals.
Tokenomics and Supply Strategy
An unmigrated token burn after June 30, 2025, aims to reduce supply by 20%. A usage-based burn mechanism will further tie token supply reduction to platform activity, driving long-term value through deflationary effects.
Community Expansion
With a focus on Asian markets like the Philippines and Vietnam, Synternet’s community has drawn 4,000+ new Discord members. Hackathons and developer outreach foster third-party contributions, boosting platform adoption.
Vision and Milestones
Synternet’s goal is to be a foundational Web3 data layer, similar to Chainlink’s role in oracles. By Q4 2024, Synternet aims to achieve profitability and release new data features, followed by flexible pricing and token burn mechanisms in 2025. With expansion in DeFi, BTC-Fi, and cross-chain finance, Synternet is building scalable, resilient Web3 infrastructure to power the next phase of decentralized development.
Community Growth
In October, we made substantial strides in expanding Synternet’s reach and engagement across Asia and beyond. Starting with a successful AMA featuring Daniel and Jonas in the CryptoPH Facebook group, we connected with 70,000 followers, strengthening our exposure in the Web3 Philippines community and setting the stage for another AMA in November. Our Discord community grew to 3,500 members, with new wallet holders and communicators from diverse regions joining. New security features were also implemented, including advanced Captcha, anti-spam measures, anti-raid protocols, and a backup server for added protection. Additionally, we initiated over 15 impactful conversations with community leaders, tech enthusiasts, developers, and engineers from Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, and Singapore, all aimed at raising Synternet’s profile across Asia.
Our YouTube channel received a fresh update, featuring new videos on topics like AI agents and WrappedBTC, as well as educational content on staking and migration, with more releases on the way. The Galxe campaign also proved a hit, attracting over 10,000 participants, rewarding six prize winners, and growing our Telegram community by 1,500-2,000 members. Meanwhile, our participation in the Global Radar Hackathon and Synternet Cross-Chain Data Challenge opened doors with Superteam communities and set the stage for future campaigns aimed at developers and builders. As we continue expanding our reach, we’re excited to build on these successes and drive even greater engagement.
Building Continues
As Synternet evolves, we’re energized by the incredible momentum across hackathon projects and business development. The connections forged at Singapore’s Token 2049 and Cosmoverse are already shaping into promising collaborations, while upcoming events like Devcon 7 and the launch of our Wrapped BTC asset monitor are setting the stage for even greater partnerships and innovation. With each step, we’re building a stronger foundation for growth, expanding our network, and driving the next phase of Web3 data infrastructure forward. Stay with us - there’s much more to come.
